"My kids love to come here to find things to resell online. For kids, they’re doing great. They got me into it because I lost a lot of weight and needed a new wardrobe. My first thought was, what a dump. I also lost my job due to severe health issues (which caused my weight loss), so this has been a godsend for me. I always get compliments on my outfits and people can’t believe I get everything at goodwill. I have found brand name items.Did not give 5 stars because you really have to work hard to dig through everything to find those gems. People line up and go crazy when they bring in new bins, called “rotations.” I find shopping goodwill racks easier. Instead of buying things in stores and online, I find what I’m looking for here, for a fraction of what I was willing to pay retail. White sandal wedges? Almost bought at Kohls for $48. Found them here for a couple of dollars. I’m very happy with what I find here. It’s just a lot more work than I really wanna do shopping. No dressing rooms or mirrors, so I go wearing the tightest leggings and tops I have so I can slip things on over them and have my kids take pictures so I can see how it looks. They also have housewares. Found a gorgeous ceramic blue and white pasta/salad bowl. Edges on the blue part were chipped. I just colored them in with a blue sharpie. Can’t even tell! When I have money again, I will continue to shop here."

"Greedy and Overpriced Goodwill Outlet has become increasingly greedy over the years. Despite receiving their items for free, they now charge exorbitant prices that are unaffordable for many of their customers, who are often struggling financially. In the past, managers would accommodate prices based on the item’s weight and actual value. For example, an old wooden speaker box would have been reasonably priced around five dollars. Now, such items are ridiculously overpriced. Goodwill claims to be about keeping items out of landfills, but when things get damaged or become worthless due to high pricing, it contradicts their mission. Moreover, many of the Mexican customers, who are crucial to Goodwill’s business, often resell these items back in Mexico. They benefit from fair pricing and help keep the cycle of reuse going, which aligns with Goodwill’s supposed goals. However, with the current inflated prices, this balance is disrupted. Goodwill needs to revisit their pricing strategies and remember the communities they aim to serve. Overpricing is not only counterproductive but also unfair to those in need."

"Will give 0 if it's a choice. I spent over $100 on this CherryBell outlet today. A heavy set African American cashier/Mgr is the RUDEST, DISRESPECTFUL, INCONSIDERATE, TACTLESS and BULLIES her way with coworkers and customers. Long line and perusing on stuff like others, she asked me to go to back to line because I wasn't in the right spot which is to start somewhere when she called. God knows where that line is. I asked should I go to back of line after waiting 30 min to get to pay. Then she said fine...she has not time for this where everybody cab hear...and so I said I don't have time for it as well. One cashier how is it my fault? We are adults and pay alot of money to buy from your store. We are not getting it for free. Even if we are, she should treat us customers and people who support this agency like human beings....like civilized, educated dignified human beings. Then she tried to charge me all $1.79 a lb for all including non textile so I called her on that. I would have stayed fie another half hour until she get that charge corrected. That is plain CHEATING and DISHONEST!!! Please treat us like you want our business and you appreciate oir support. Send this woman back to customer service training. Next time she does this I will go straight to Better Business Bureau to report your purposeful overcharge on customers. Even Goodwill should do and know better."

"Nationwide thrifter. Been to maybe 50 of these "bin" "pound" stores. YES this has the grabby desperate creep "lifer" resell customers that are 100% shameless and don't understand personal space, but when this location is in abundance it is quite good for many type of finds. They rotate these bins regularly. Has hard goods, and clothes in separate sections. Found many things without wrestling for them, they were just left overlooked and unnoticed. Happens often enough."
