Goodwill Bins in Phoenix

"This place will have something to your hearts desire…as long as you are willing to dig through the bins. The prices can’t be beat and there is just endless amounts of stuff. And trust me I have been to my fair share of goodwill outlets, this place has the LARGEST pile of stuff I have ever seen. You’re sure to find something. Now my only complaint is that it’s pretty much an hour of shopping and an hour of waiting. They close down and flip the entire store, then they call out your number to assign you to a bin and shop there for a few minutes and then you can wander around. Probably for safety reasons so I get it. The photo of the shopping time will show the on times and off times. Happy picking!"

"It was so hot 🥵 in here! Wear a tank top, shorts and honestly a total “working in the yard” outfit. It is dirty and gross in here. We were only there under 30 minutes but got a couple things. There were clothes all over the floor. Lots and lots of people. I did not experience any rudeness, but then again, I stayed away from busy bins. Hard goods were in very deep bins and difficult to sort through. Gloves are definitely in order. There were no carts when I was there mid morning. I always try to check out the outlet when I travel to different states. Not sure I would visit this one again, but it’s always an adventure. I did manage to find a convex glass frame and a Nike yoga sweatshirt, so all good. Also, check out staff lady was very kind. I appreciated that."

"After showing up at 7:35 am and being 4th in line, we were basically yelled at by an angry and bitter woman (who works there) that they do security checks between 7 and 7:30 am which is where you get a number which will be called for entry. (Which she could have told us nicely). We got pushed to the back of the line, even behind people who randomly showed up who didn’t get checked in with security, and had to wait for 3 hours just to get in. We’ve come here once before at like closing time and it was fine, just the workers are so bitter in the morning. Essentially, it’s better to get here late in the morning than to show up early if you aren’t before the security check which they don’t seem to mention anywhere. 1 star rating is purely about the workers and their system, long story short, they need new workers."

"Today was our first time at the bins and it was fun! My oldest daughters and i were only there for 3 hours and I've wish we could've stayed longer..lol. the cashier by the clothes area was very nice and helpful. It was hot and humid inside 😫 please wear gloves! I saw a lady slice her hand on glass and please keep in mind there's sharp objects inside those bins! Even saw cheese grader inside the toys bins but overall kudos to the person keeping the ladies bathroom nice and clean 👌"
