Bin Stores in Garland, Texas

"We go there about every month and when we do, we spend between $100 and $200. This last time (a couple of weeks ago) we picked up a package of facemasks that were grouped in an envelope from a bin. When we checked out, they would not allow us to purchase them for the Saturday price of $6 but rather, the floor manager insinuated that we had taken individual masks that were also in the bins and put them into the envelope. He assured us that he knew the stored didn't do it (the manager kept telling us "I know..."

"This was my first time visiting this location and I drove 40 min to get to it. When I came with a cart full of items I planned to purchase. I waited in line for over 45 minutes so the team could open the boxes, but when it was finally my turn, I was told they wouldn’t open any boxes that had photos on them, even though the items required assembly and I needed to ensure all the pieces were there. They then said they would only open five boxes total, despite the fact that I had waited behind a..."

"I went on the worst day, Wednesday. Everything is 50 cents but most of what they have in the bins is straight trash. I do plan on going back on a Friday ($8 day) which is the day after restock to see how good the items are."

"Mediocre option for bin store. Anything good won't make it in the bins. They sale that stuff separately for what they say is half of Amazon price. Not really worth the gamble as most stuff is still missing pieces. Stuff got returned for a reason so half off your broke stuff ain't a deal."

The young woman at the register was incredibly sweet and welcoming, which made a great first impression. "Charged me $20 more than the displayed price, then the toilet was missing the dual flush button after installation. Store told me to go buy the part myself at Home Depot, but they don’t even carry this specific part. Very disappointing customer service."

"Changed prices without taking down old signs. Spent maybe an hour inside thinking it was 2 dollar Monday, since there are big flashy signs everywhere stating 2 dollars Monday. Then at checkout was informed it was 4 dollars and the small piece of paper on the door stated that days and pricing had changed. I would suggest maybe take down some of the big incorrect signs, it’s in my opinion likely why this store isn’t busy while others are packed with customers."
