"This is an amazing Bin Store! The rules are simple, no opening boxes or packages over the bins. They have a place to open them in the front and supply tape and opening tools, there is a testing station, so you can make sure all items work. The owners go above and beyond finding cords, or even pieces that are missing, and out of all the people who frequent their store, you will still have the nasty comments from people who are too lazy to follow the rules and choose to leave bad reviews because they were asked to follow..."

"Bin Lucky IS THE BEST BIN STORE IN KNOXVILLE HANDS DOWN!!! The owner and employees are so friendly and helpful. I went through the line with my electronics and the lady at the register told me I could go to the check station to plug everything up to see if it works. I saw people working in groups which is a great ideal hopefully I can find people to work with me lol. Friday and Saturday morning I will start treasure hunting with everyone else. No need to try other bin stores because BIN LUCKY is the best and will..."

"This is becoming one of my favorite activities to do here locally. The lady and gentlemen that own this store are extremely helpful and nice and will absolutely remember you. The experience is really unique. You grab a bag, and just start rummaging through large bens. They have a way to test electronics before you purchase them. And you can open boxes at a separate table to view them. They have different days for different prices."

"Update... 4 months after my original rating... poor customer service. Not a single employer said ANYTHING to me in the hour I was browsing. It is a complete mess and overpriced for a "bargain" store. One female employee doing inventory in the toys remained on a Bluetooth device talking on a personal call the entire time I was browsing and even commented to the person on the other end of the call that it "wasn't even peak hours yet and there's already a customer". In the past both customer service and price was better. I quit shopping here for several..."

"Was a bit disappointed. I used to love this store. I would go twice a week. The shift from the ticket discount for how long it was there to a flat rate took a lot of the fun out of it. Today the store itself was full of overflowing shelves and choas. I understand this can happen occasionally, but it looked like status quo. I did buy a few pillows, but at the same price as I could online, so I was just not having to wait on shipping."

"We had a good run while it lasted, but this store is done. They have done away with their date system. For those who don't know, Bargain Hunt used to operate on a date system similar to a consignment store, the longer an item sat, the greater the discount became. You could easily find items at 50, 70 even 90 percent off. Though I've watched their prices creep up over the years, this is the last straw. All items are overpriced what you would pay for them new, with a few yellow "discount stickers" of 25% off at the most..."

"Somethings are a really great deal. But I picked up something off a shelf that had 5 candy containers in it sealed up there was several of them on the shelf like that when I brought it up to the register I was told that they were sold individually. If that is the case why are they displayed as a unit? Also picked up And infant Closing set their price on it was $9 but the actual price from the manufacturer with $7 50. No one could explain how it was possible and refused to sell it at manufacturers price."
