"I paid for a Queen Size Mattress priced at 185.49 at the kingston/ Edwardville location. I was assured it would be held for me by employees before purchasing the queen size mattress until I returned to pick it up. I was told all I would have to do is keep and show my receipt upon return. After returning and showing my receipt to the employee for pickup. Prime Bins employees denied holding the mattress stating they don't hold mattresses once purchased. When the only reason I purchased the mattress at the time, was because I was assured by the employees..."

"I always enjoy shopping at Prime Bins in Wilkes-Barre, PA! The staff here are extremely friendly, thoughtful, and outgoing. They keep the store very clean and welcoming, which makes every trip enjoyable. Special recognition goes to the managers, Dijon and Aaliyah. They do a fantastic job of organizing their staff and making sure everything runs smoothly. They are professional, approachable, and very knowledgeable in their field. The staff are also very caring, understanding, and mindful of shoppers’ goals—they really make the experience better. I also appreciate the recent improvements, such as additional bins and more tables, which have created more..."

"Im retracting my review. We bought 9 mystery boxes and all of them had literal garbage in them. Like I am talking empty boxes, bags, metal tubing mostly from random shelving. Tons and tons of mismatched hardware from various household items that weren't even in the box, just the hardware. There was nothing in all 9 boxes that was worth even a dollar. They should be embarrassed packing those mystery boxes with actual garbage. I filled up so many trash bags to throw out for garbage day. I am completely disappointed AND bad business getting people to buy these mystery..."

"The store is dirty. They are 100% rip offs. I bought 2 of there unfiltered mystery boxes for $75 each. When I went to pick the boxes I picked the only 2 that the tape was not cut by someone. The web site states 10-20 items in every box. The one box had more than 10 the other had 6 items that were junk. I could have been more understanding if the items were better but they were crap. A babydoll, collapsible Yoda laundry bag a snap camera. The box itself wasn't even equalled up to what I spent on..."
