"I go to the Wilkes-Barre Prime Bins for a treasure hunt. It's relaxing to look through the bins for different items that are worth the price of the day. I've found many since they've opened here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The only problem is the customers who tear into boxes and empty out parts and pieces with no intention to buy but just to see what's in there yet most of the boxes have a sticker on that gives a description."

"Im retracting my review. We bought 9 mystery boxes and all of them had literal garbage in them. Like I am talking empty boxes, bags, metal tubing mostly from random shelving. Tons and tons of mismatched hardware from various household items that weren't even in the box, just the hardware. There was nothing in all 9 boxes that was worth even a dollar. They should be embarrassed packing those mystery boxes with actual garbage. I filled up so many trash bags to throw out for garbage day. I am completely disappointed AND bad business getting people to buy these mystery..."

"I always enjoy shopping at Prime Bins in Wilkes-Barre, PA! The staff here are extremely friendly, thoughtful, and outgoing. They keep the store very clean and welcoming, which makes every trip enjoyable. Special recognition goes to the managers, Dijon and Aaliyah.
