"Even if they tell you something is “like new”, it is your responsibility to check and make sure they aren't lying before you leave the store. So If you are buying a tent marked as “like new”, apparently you need to either assemble in the store before you bid, or do it when you pick it up before walking out the door. Otherwise they expect you to pay extra so you can leave the store and catch them in lies later.
