"I was excited that this place opened because Black Friday Deals has not reopened since the fire. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them and won't return myself for a couple of reasons. Firstly, my 9 year old autistic son went with me and needed to use the restroom about an hour into shopping. The employees said there was no public restroom and all the other shops in their center were closed. They had never heard of Ally's Law under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and refused to let him use it. I sent him anyway as the alternative was..."

"Its a bin store so old target, amazon, and other large retailers old/unused inventory or returns. Several items of kids clothes had stains on them or shoes that were previously worn. Staff members would throw items back into the bins & the inventory seemed to be broken, smashed, or missing items (like a reusable cup with no straw, etc.). They have a bin side where items are all one price & then a shop side where items are individually priced. The shop seemed to be marginally discounted based on retail price. For example they would have 3 chairs or 1..."

"I am pretty addicted to bin stores, I had to furnish a dorm, and air bnb and another kids first apartment, so it helped a lot being able to get stuff at a discount. I heard a lot of good stuff about this place, went on a Saturday and it was smaller than I thought it would be and didn't have a hige selection. Everything was $5, but looked like it came off the clearance area for $2 or 3 from target. It was prime days on Amazon so the stuff on the right side of the store was cheaper..."

"Very disappointing experience. I visited on a Sunday and everything was priced at $7, including clearly returned and broken Target items. The space was messy and unorganized, unlike typical bin stores where items are usually sold by the pound or clearly sorted. Instead, it felt like random return merchandise was just dumped out with no real structure or value pricing. I almost filled my cart, but ended up leaving everything behind. Don’t be fooled most of the inventory appears to be Target returns. Overall, it was a waste of time and not worth the visit."

Now place of employment we have way more respect for our employees and we chew them out in our office and they have to really earn it. "I don't have any issues shopping here usually, but I will say whomever is in charge of the Amazon drop off should really do a better job at scheduling this. It's understandably the holiday season so lines will be long, but the Amazon line is truly ridiculous. The last 2 times I've returned something the associates were both complaining about breaks right in front of me. This time I returned, an associate was coming to relieve the amazon returns associate for their break and went ahead and took the next person in line- WHICH MEANS you CAN have 2 people..."

"My family used to go back to school shopping here, and no matter how busy it was the lines were evenly spaced and had a tv cue telling when they were ready for the next customer. I remember when they put them in. The line system has…deteriorated. It’s turned from a cue to every register, like Walmart maybe for example but more open concept, to a cattle shoot layout similar to Sephora. Checking out is no longer a pleasant experience."

"We have went this store on 25Feb2020. We have returned Amazon parcel (Vvivid Double primed cotton canvas for oil painting) as it is lack of quality. This is one of the worst material i have pursued from Amazon. Apart from that we have roamed in the store for long skirt ( to my wife) and we don’t find long skirts here. It is very big store. Staff are user friendly. Good atmosphere. Crowd is less here. Lot of perfumes they are selling."
