"It was my first bid win and the location is great. When I walked in there was no information on how to pick up the won item. There should be instructions posted somewhere. First gotcha. I hunted down an employee who was wonderful and informed me to pick up the item myself. This is helpful to know for future visits if any, and he kindly showed my how to look at the receipt and find my bin location. Fortunately, he advised I look for a "purple" tag.
