"I WILL NOT BE BIDDING OR SUPPORTING THEM AGAIN!! Unethical, untrustworthy and shady! They are taking advantage of people. Read entirely. First off, YOU have to go find your items with the location they give you for each item (Aisle 10, bay 16) and then locate your box. There is minimal help and the place smells terrible. After spending nearly 40 minutes trying to find my items, I then had to wait in a line for another 10 minutes to be checked out. Keep in mind, they will not help you load anything or help you out to your car...."
