Purchased a supposedly "new" air mattress sealed in the box, but they denied us the chance to test it, claiming it was in perfect condition. Upon opening at home, we discovered two large holes, a patch, and signs of prior use. Despite our attempt to address the issue with the owner, she seemed annoyed and unhelpful. This place is profiting from selling damaged goods. Avoid it at all costs."
