"Really rude people. Won't let you scan the Amazon barcodes and told me I couldn't bring more than one item at a time to the testing station. They "rearrange" after the preview so they can keep stuff they want but still draw you in. I've seen them bring stuff out twice for family members before the store even opened and one lady at the testing station asked me to give her an item if I didn't want it because she wanted to buy it. They also don't check things very good. bought stuff they claimed new because it was still..."

"I love Bin Depot. I try to go on Saturday every week. Have gotten so many great deals there and Chris and Kim and Oden are great owners and treat you right. Hope I got everyones name right. I try to stop by anytime I am in town. You never know what you will find that you didn't know you needed. I appreciate on bad weather days you do not have to stand in line to get in--you can put an item down to hold your spot while you wait in your car until they open. Also appreciate the video's..."

"Great customer service!! I was there the other day and needed a specific cord, the staff took their time to look through multiple boxes of cords and compared to a picture I had to help me out. That same day I also bought a deadbolt keypad. When I got home there was a piece to it missing. I messaged the Facebook page and within a couple of days, they were letting me know that they found the missing piece and held it back until I could get in there again. "Very commendable that they have a testing station that allows you to test items before purchase. That's the first bin store I've ever seen that provides that service.
