"Waited for 1 and 30 mins in the cold, was one of the first people inside. Checked the front counter and there was nothing there. I moved on to find nothing of value that was in the videos shown, to then watch the employees pull out the expensive items from under the front desk and hand it to certain customers. Some of the items in the video were not found anywhere in the store. I asked the employees if the items were sold out and they said yes they were at the front counter and they sold out instantly, even..."

"I was third person in line with a group of 6 people that waited for 1 and 30 mins in the freezing cold. Only to watch the employees hand the expensive items from the back of the counter to a guy that was 30 people behind me in line. Half the stuff in the video wasn’t even shown in the store. extremely dishonest employees it’s a scam. The odds of 6 people scattered around the store who waited that long to find nothing in the videos almost guarantees the employees get to choose who gets what."

The hours online are definitely wrong the Augusta store is closed only on Thursdays but they are open the rest of the week.
