"I have shopped here MULTIPLE times. today 1/16/26 marks my last. the GREED and RUDE orientation is enough for me. Lines are designed for people to stand in. NOT household items. Patrons will leave umbrellas, baby strollers, lawn chairs, foot stools, ect. to mark their spot in line and then will sit in their car until it is time for the store to open. So first come first serve is out the window. and no. The ill mannered mindset doesn't stop there. Once in the store they run to the highest ticket items and throw them under the "bins" and..."

"I was very disappointed in The Pallet Bin today. A friend of mine had recommended that I check out the store. So, I was looking forward to going in and browsing for some good deals. My friend had told me about the policy that they had about not taking large purses in the store due to theft. I totally understood and left my large purse in the car. But, as soon as I went into the store, a very rude young man told me that I wasn’t allowed to come in with my long sweater coat due to theft. This..."

"DON'T shop at the Pallet Bin in Pikeville, KY. We went there and we we re told we couldn't have our purses we were carrying or the coats we were wearing. We were told we could not leave our coats at the front counter, shop and pick them up on the way out. We were told we had to leave them in the car. It was cold outside and we were not about to do that. I them,"If you don't want our business that's fine with me.". We left the store and have no plans to return."
