Bin Stores in Pittsburg, Kansas

"Ive had to edit my review down to 1 star. Starting in February, the store has begun having the staff members dig through the bins and pull out all the good stuff. We're talking outdoor equipment, computer electronics and accessories, heck they even pulled out the christmas tree lights. They take these expensive items and put them in a section at the back of the store and write their own price on there, usually 25-30% under MSRP. Many will say thats still a good deal, and yeah it would be, but you have to consider... its stoll overstocked/returned items and..."

"I've edited my review after learning the bin store has changed since i last visited. They really have begun picking and choosing what items are put out on dollar day. If you can make your children mind it is a family friendly business , if they run and get into things it's not. I've found good bargains even on dollar day. They have started an online auction, but beware of bidding unless you don't mind driving to Joplin for pickup. They only offer pickup at the Joplin store."

"Waste of time. Picked over garbage even on restocking day morning and obnoxiously rude staff. No wonder they are all closing and shutting down. If they go out of business it is well deserved."

"Not the best experience twice. As a mom of multiples this store isn’t accepting of the fact that I can only push one cart at a time. Beware they will make you get your child out of the cart basket if you have more than one young child. Also if your child steps on the bottom of the bin to look in when they are too short the employees will be right there to tell them to get off.
