"I have reached out to the owner on several occasions, even approaching her in a live, asking about ads she has on Facebook selling pallets. She’s told me on the live to message her on the app, and I did. She has ghosted me completely. It is so rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful to a person looking to spend a couple thousand of dollars at your store. Take the posts down on marketplace if you’re not wanting to sell them after all. So stuck up!"

"I won a pizza stone auction on fb and when I picked it up it was broken. I've tried calling, emailing, going in there and no one and no one has responded in any ways. I was told when going in there that the girl at the register was "not sure what they can do about it" and that was it."
