"Was excited about going on Sunday, showed up early to wait for opening at 9. Guy showed up at 9:07. I said good morning, didn't get a response. Said good morning again, he said good morning. I told him he would lose customers if he opened late (since I was waiting). He said "I won't lose customers". I said "well you just lost me", and he mumbled something and walked in. I'm a professional reseller, have shopped here before and workers are never at the front to checkout. The front counter is a mess and unprofessional, no room to put..."

"It's a bin sale, so expectations should be the loved for the hunt of a good deal. Make sure to COUNT YOUR ITEMS YOURSELF. He tried to overcharge us by almost $40, which is alot when the items where $6 each."

"DON'T PAY WITH A CARD!! I hate to leave this here without talking to a manager or an associate. After I used my credit card at this store there was a fraud purchase. I spent 13.00, on my cc was 174.00 charge from a place I have never heard of. Holly's Decor. Every other purchase followed my routine. The 13.00 dollar purchase was not present, but the 174.00. Charge was present. I had to cancel my card. I can't contact the company because of no phone number listed. 2 of the things I bought broke immediately after I bought them."

"Came in today, Thursday 31st around 4 pm and an African American female employee that was the cashier with crimped/curly hair and blonde highlights that shoulder length automatically assumed we couldn’t afford what we picked out. We hadn’t even placed our clothes down and she frowned and automatically assumed we didn’t speak english and that we were only gonna buy stuff that were on sale. "This is by far the best store to go to. Before going to Target or Walmart check out this store. So many of the essential things you are looking for you will find here and it's cheaper! They have furniture and you can find name brand clothes here too! The other side where the bins are is like finding treasure and you can really find some good things there. The employees are amazing especially Reshma who has always been helpful and always has a smile when greeting me as a frequent shopper. She should be the face of the company...."

"They have some really amazing deals there and you can find lots of nice holiday decorations at below clearance price at the stores their merch originally came from. They are often redoing the store, my main complaint is that they took away all of the hand baskets for shopping and there were no shopping carts at the front of the store when I was there. The layout was cleaner before and now is too cluttered making it harder to find anything. The Dupont store has less merchandise, but is a way better shopping experience."

"The Bargain Lane on DuPont is the best store that I have shopped at due to the excellent customer service that they offer. I feel like family when I walk in the store and if I can’t find what I’m looking for, the staff is always willing to help me. Shawna is the store manager and she gives careful attention to customer satisfaction…. I’m sure that there may be some customer expectations that she CANNOT meet but that is part of business and the real world. It’s all about attitude and perspective. "When this place first opened up, I had optimism that it would be a good store however so far I’ve only bought one item as the selection is quite limited. I came today on Saturday, which was a day after the restock and the bins are barely full. There’s a lot of of garbage items. By garbage items I mean open boxes with pieces missing and low quality Amazon return goods. Very few namebrand items. I didn’t even think it was worth the time shopping unfortunately today. That is my opinion you can make your own when you visit."

"Seems to be different items than the ones pictured on Facebook. On day two everything is picked over and gone through. The store is unbearably cold and the bins are 3/4 empty on Saturday. This bin store was better when it first opened and now it’s like the rest of them in town with broken gross items."

"It's not what the post in Facebook look like. I went there around 11am and it looks like most if the bins are empty. Only ones that have in stocks were Halloween decors which we do not need until next year. Not worth it to go there. It's better to go look at the clearance at the mall."
