"This place is a little overwhelming for the uninitiated. Once you know what to expect, it can be great fun, albeit exhausting to sift through incredibly eclectic piles of broken, partial, weird and sometimes really good Amazon rejects and returns. Shopper beware - I nearly cut myself on sharp edges and encountered slimy, gross and wet stuff - leakage or snot, who knows! I have only been on Wednesdays when everything is $1.00. This place is truly hit or miss and sometimes you don't discover the misses until you're home. On the hit side, I have scored some great deals..."

"Please do something about the people who show up on Friday morning waiting in line, and then have all of their friends cut in front just because they are friends. I showed up at 8:20 with 14 people in line. By 8:45 there were about 50 people in front of me. They aren't family members, they are re-sellers who try to be friends with everybody just to cut in line. They are there every week, and you know exactly who they are (many of your regulars). I understand they are trying to make a living and they are probably good..."

"I used to enjoy shopping here, until today, when they refused to sell me an item that I found on the table for sale. The item was a high priced item, and the cashier took it from our checkout and said we couldn't buy it. The owner was called and he refused to hear anything, he only cared about the item and showed no customer service. The other cashier agreed that it should be sold to us because of the mistake by the employees but the owner refused. I used shop here almost weekly, I will now find another place..."

"If you go in looking for something specific you won't find anything, but if you go in just to look you'll find everything. Had a great time going through the bins with friends. I would say to wear gloves to pick through the bins though, some things were sticky. There was a teeth whitening kit without a box that was exploded in one bin and another bin that had easter eggs of slime that were leaking. Did find a couple things I had been looking at buying for cheaper than it would have been direct from Amazon."
