"I've been a loyal customer ever since the beginning when they were just selling out of a storage unit unfortunately that'll no longer be the case. They play favorites and bend/break the rules for certain people. For example their black friday ad said first person in line would win store credit, well I get there and no one's standing in front of the door where the line starts. "Over the time since this store has opened their prices has went up, not sure if they blame inflation, but their prices are high considering most of the packages are opened or damaged or missing pieces or like caulking be drying in the tubes from expired shelf life. A bit messy and overwhelming, But thats because theres always new stuff arriving! They all are extremely friendly and helpful. They all go above and beyond to ensure you find what your looking for or similar if need be. Not at all pushy trying to make sales, rather than a great customer shopping/ service experience!! "The twin women are friendly clerks. Love the merchandise and really appreciate $1.00 day on Fridays but sometimes they may have 1.00 day all week. Thurs is $2.00 day, wed is $3.00, Tues $5.00 Monday is $7.00 day and Saturday is restock day and is everything is 9.00 in the bins you can dig thru. I went on Friday on 1.00 day and bought selfless tanner, expensive scented candle. Found a paint gun sprayer for $1.00 & resold for $159. "This place has seriously gone down hill. I've been coming here since they were at their previous location. There's always junk in the bins (stuff you can get under a $1 at Dollar General), tons of broken items and items incomplete from people opening at the bins. The staff is incredibly rude and obviously have their "favorite" customers. They have rules not posted such as customers can leave their bags at the door and come back later to get in the front of the line, while other customers had been actually standing in line. "This bin store offers good things HOWEVER They have a zero exchange policy. They have an area to open boxes in The store before purchase which is great and I utilize but if something comes in pieces they don’t look at the manual and count pieces to make sure it’s all there. I made that mistake 1 time won’t be making it again. Every store has a policy in black and white but this is a grey area.. Be adamant of pieces being accounted for before you leave don’t buy things you have to put together from here."
