"I’m not giving one less star for the business…I’m deducting one star for some of the clientele you will most likely will run across here. I love treasure hunting so digging through the bins is a blast for me. I’ve found some really cool things at an awesome price! I’ve also gotten some duds…which I fully expected could happen. That’s on me. The employees have always treated me and my daughter so well and so nicely, they are wonderful! Now let’s talk about some of the customers. Some of the shoppers are incredibly aggressive and scary. I guess they believe..."

"I love thrift shopping and even the occasional dumpster dive, but I didn't enjoy my first visit to The Bin Spot. I didn't know what to expect. When I walked in, I saw a big sign full of typos ("galloon" instead of "gallon", for example) giving a long list of rules that included no fighting and pushing (which didn't sound optimistic). People were already in a long line to check out that completely encircled the perimeter of the entire room, was hard to cross to get to the merchandise, and didn't seem to move at all in the 10 minutes..."

"Absolutely disgusting We were moving items bin #3 near the end. There was a big pile of stuff I started noticing a smell when I moved packages so I stopped. My sister came up and I said I am smelling a bad smell every time I move something. She just looked at me and then she grabbed a package. She jumped back saying oh my gosh. We both got a nauseous feeling because it was so strong and gross. She said it smells like someone put a soiled diaper in the pile and I agreed what type of smell it..."

"I’ve been here a few times. The old store was better and bigger. Oh yeah and CHEAPER. Workers won’t allow you to have a small purse. My purse is probably around 4 in by 7 in. They say only small clutches which I what I had is allowed which is red flag #1 because these rules were in place at the old one and never had an issue ever but now all of a sudden a new building with less stuff, no purses allowed. Be aware also that they definitely separate things and sell them as broken or missing parts...."
