"I am leaving a review about a a young adult who works in around the store. On this particular night of Monday July 14th, he was using a megaphone to tell people that it was time to leave. My husband and I walked to the open box area to look at some items to be sure that they were okay for purchase. This dark-haired young man walked over very rudely, and told us that we need to check the items and that we could no longer have the boxes opened. He grabbed the items and pushed them away So I..."

"I had a deeply disappointing experience at this establishment. The owner approached my husband and I with an unfounded accusation, claiming that I had struck an employee. Such serious allegations should be handled with care and professionalism—reviewing security footage before confronting customers would have been the appropriate course of action. This behavior was both inappropriate and unacceptable. We most definitely will not be back here again. Moving forward perhaps the owner can gain experience from this situation."

"It's bigger and it has more people coming here than the former location in Corona! I'm sure the price will be worth it if only it wasn't damaged or missing parts! It allows more stuff to see what's inside (do not open the boxes until you're in Open Box Station.) we'll be coming back here for sure! No updates on this location, just the price changes each day from Friday ($9), Saturday ($6), Sunday ($4), Monday ($3), Tuesday ($2) and Wednesday ($1). It will be closed on Thursdays for restocking."
