"My experience today was extremely disappointing. Upon our arrival, I was assisting my handicap mother into the store, while my son, godson, and daughter had a small lead into the store. As I am walking into the store, a woman (employee) about 60 year of age, dark hair, possibly 5ft in height was yelling at my kids who walked with excitement to spend money we gave them to buy some merchandise. Not one of my teenagers had touched any item yet. The only way to look at an item for purchase would consist of shuffling through bins. The women (employee)..."

"I wanted to tell you how pleased I was with the level of customer service I received last week. My wife and I bought a few things, including a huge rug. The price-and quality was fantastic, so, of course, we are happy about that. Brian the GM even allowed us to pick it up a few days later, which we are grateful about.
